Roland Iacovides

Director

Roland Iacovides was born in Limassol, Cyprus. Having lived in Cyprus, Tanzania and Greece, he moved to England in 1972. Roland has a degree in Business Studies specialising in Finance.

He was General Manager for Warehousing and National Distribution for equipment for 15 years with Coca Cola in the UK. He was General Manager with Hays Specialist Distribution for a number of years. He then went into consultancy and more recently he was General Manager for "Nationals" operation in the UK.

Roland is currently also a Director of Cedar Grove Clinic Ltd, KB Health Ltd and Spartan Ventures Ltd.

Kyriacos Kourtellos

Kyriacos Kourtellos was born in Limassol, Cyprus. Kyriacos graduated in law from the University of Leicester and was called to the Bar of England & Wales by Lincolns Inn.

He has extensive expertise in cross-border business structuring, project development and transactions, across a wide range of industries and sectors. He is the founder of K. A. Kourtellos & Co LLC an independent, multi-practice law firm based in Limassol, Cyprus. Prior to founding the firm he trained at a leading litigation practice and held roles in top-tier and Big 4 law firms in Cyprus. He is a registered Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Kyriacos also holds an LLM in Environmental Law by Queen Mary University of London.

Irina Vavilova

Head of Business - Asia

Irina Vavilova was raised in Limassol, Cyprus and also lived in Paris. Irina has a bachelor`s degree in arts, and a Certificate in Teaching English to young learners from the University of York.

She is an English teacher with over five years of experience preparing young learners for the Cambridge English exams in educational institutions based in Paris and as of recently extending to the Gulf, South America and Asia via a US-based online teaching platform.

Irina is fluent in 4 languages and has travelled extensively around the world. She is driven, committed and accomplished.

Minos Pitsillides

Consultant Information Officer

Minos has substantial experience in IT consulting, infrastructure and support, as well as digital strategy, server configuration, security solutions and penetration testing.

He is the Chief Information Officer of Cyrikk. He previously held roles in IT Departments of a top tier Cyprus law firm, an international commercial bank and a financial services company. Minos is also the Founder of Compupits Technologies Ltd.
